Custom made 14K Diamond and Sapphire ring. Absolutely stunningly brilliant sapphire weighing 1.24 carats. To complement this beautiful stone are 22 brilliant, ideal cut diamonds weighing 1/2 carat.

This design features finely set "bead and bright" cut style with millgrain edges. This ring was also designed so a band could fit under the top section and sit flush with the shank as an option. Some sections on this ring are hand engraved. Shank could also be engraved for a more "vintage" look at customers request.
